ran along yarra trail. wind kicked my ass and so did the weird rolling little hills. oh yeah, in the first two miles i had a horribly painful left outside ankle. i stopped 4 times to massage it and then finally sat down in the middle CBD in front of a building and took my time through a 5 minute stretch routine. VOILA the pain was gone. miracle. rest of the run felt strong. left calf / tendons felt good. came home and did a new weight routine with heavier weights i bought yesterday. holy crap. that was different. my arms should feel stale tomorrow. well see.
