did something to my left calf. stabbing pain at 4.5 miles had to stop about 4 times in the last half mile to massage muscle. icing now. hope its better tomorrow.
i figure this is due to:
- swapping insoles in kayano for warmup; went from standard to stiff green
- swapping soles out of ds trainer into ohana
- wearing ohana; kreiss those shoes aren't good for me
- trying to adjust my stride to lean forward; not good
