i started this run at 8.08 am -- first mile was 8.08. weird. breakfast was gyokuro and a piece of toast with honey. tried to go to the bathroom before heading out, felt that was successful. i packed 5 gus. ate 4; @4, @8, @12, @16. no stitches and only one mild stomach issue zinger pain thingy at around 12. felt like food was good. i loaded yesterday on white bread, white rice and potato soup for dinner and leftover pasta salad and beans for lunch. friday was a big pasta day too. felt pretty bloated when i woke this morning but knew that was a good thing. ds skyspeeds felt perfect today. no leg pains at all although i am still getting the zingers in left knee. been trying to run a lot more on grass throughout the week.
