saw john at alphington today. told me i had tight sciatic nerve and i need to stretch it:

- sciatic

- hamstring

- calf

in that order.

also do toe ups on the floor first with balance on table then no hands. goal is to do it slowly methodically and not jerking around.

also did this pinch maneuver where he put my foot straight up cupped in his shoulder and then pressed into that one longish muscle on my inside of calf. have R do that one with me.
