Notes

fast finish with empty stomach [except for breakfast of course]. i did 2 empty stomach runs last week prior to leaving for sydney and they worked out great. no concern about going to the bathroom and allowed me to focus. just took gatorade in water bottle. weighed 151 at end of this run.
