This workout felt GREAT! I was somewhat worried about the impact of yesterday's 3 easy miles on todays interval workout. It was fine. Legs felt really good. The 1.26-1.29 range feels exactly where I need to be. I hit that sprint pace easily and can hold it for the most part. I think I could increase the speed a little; but I don't want an injury at this early stage. I want to take these track/interval workouts slowly ...
