what a day. waaayyyy too many distractions. weirdest run day ever.

still felt good though.

23 - great run down to Mentone. the hills along beach road mimic boston nicely when i added the albert park loop popping out of the park at 10 miles. inclines at 16, 19 and 20. increased pace to 7.30 range during each of those but kept things in check as i want to be able to get through my workouts this week. [61.6] 22 / 24

tried to keep pace between 7.5x and 8.10.

things got squirrely when i had to

- dodge vomit in CBD

- dodge hipsters chasin' susnet on bridge

- dodge aggravated burglary arrest in st kilda

- dodge triathlon in brighton

can you believe this. surreal.
