Notes
This run was tough. We just got to the hotel in SF and I changed, and took off. I hadn't eaten enough calories today but I felt hydrated. It was sunny and in the 80s. I ran: Geary - Market - Embarcadero - Fort Masin - Beach near GG Park - Back. Right after the run we had lunch at hotel restaurant. The sun really beat me up during this run. My legs felt really tight - especially right hamstring.
