weird run
both arches are acting up and my left leg seems tighter than it ever has been even though i am adding more stretching time. dont know what is going on
yesterdays 10 made me feel a little raunchy today
time included all kinds of stops including water fountains ... waiting in line for the water. the trail was extra busy today due to the sunshine and 19 degrees.
