Notes

Getting mentally strong on the stupid treadmill.. (Guess that's good!) first two miles above 8 and then next 3.5 or so we're 7:51 and 7:47 paces

Goal is to have one, then two, then three.. (Etc) runs a week above the minimum requirement! Last week was 1 now this week ill go for 2!
