Bummer workout this morning.. First morning workout for a long time and boy was I not used to it!! Felt bad that I quit out 5 min early.. Anyone have good tips to not feel like your dying on a first thing morning workout?! (I never do them bc they suck but some days when you have plans you just gotta!)

I drink water as soon as I get up and make sure to start slow and ease into it, mornings are hard!!
