15 then 3 min break then 5... Am two weeks behind on the schedule so it said steady then 10min tempo but knew I could two more than that.. And the week I should be on said 2x15.. Wasn't ready for that.. So goal was 15 then 10 but it was humid and I tied up and was tired at 5!!! At least kept a good pace! Yucky tempoooooooos :(
