Notes: From home, through the Academy, around the memorial, down King George and College, Main Street past City Dock, around the city dock, and back home. (12.1 miles)
Alternate route: After going around the city dock, head back up Main Street to West Street to Spa Road and up Sillopana to the Children's museum, down the trail, around the school, and onto Bates track. Do a lap around the small field and finish at the wall. (12 miles)
