16 mi Long Run (Treadmill) with 4 mi warmup @ 8:47/mi then 12 mi marathon pace @ 7:40/mi. I am feeling more confident in a BQ this year during the marathon plus my age group goes up and I now only have to run an 8:23/mi pace. Planning on running with the 3:25 pace group at a 7:50/mi pace.
