20 mi Long Run (Treadmill). 1 mi warmup then 20 mi @ 8:48/mi. Program had the run start at the low end of LR pace and gradually increase to the top end of LR pace. 4 @ 9:07, 4 @ 8:58, 4 @ 8:49, 4 @ 8:40, 4 @ 8:28. Stayed entertained with NETFLIX on my IPad.
