Treadmill 9 mi w/ 2 mi warmup @ 9:15/mi, 5 mi Tempo @ 6:50/mi (85% HRR, 148 AHR), 2 mi cooldown @ 8:52/mi. Pacing is by my footpod so it might be a little off, but not by too much. Then Squats, Overhead Press, Deadlift, & Pushups. Rest day tomorrow.
