51-52°F and hands already numb. Gotta use gloves next time.
Clearly heard the difference between the foot strikes, due to the left arch injury. Left foot strikes much harder to the ground, which is almost like flat foot landing, whereas the right foot has more of a rolling motion which absorbs the impact.
Didn't feel quite fresh with yesterday's resting.
