Really chilly along the bay today (although coworker J said it's _warm_!!! he was in shorts/short sleeves and i was in long ones). Hands frozen to numb even after the run. Did 40min of the yoga class afterwards.

Ate more than yesterday, still kinda in control though as long as i don't exceed 3000... by posting on our forum did help to some extend but maybe i should stop it :(
