几年来第一次上热瑜伽(4:30PM),还不错,然后在今天的各种inspiration下,用新鲜hattori跑了4mi,开心。不过上午没朗润是对的,右腿还是不行。

昨天跑high了,右腿还是不行。。。休息,休息一会儿。下午争取去上一堂热瑜伽XT下,嗯哼~

被诸神inspired的结果是又一轮那啥。。。好,等周一体重计寄到就真正开始~
