A better long run this week.
Planned to have 18/7 w/ MP@8:45, but couldn't find ppl to go with. So ended up w/:
* 7m WU, w/ YH, SB uphill on the paved part.
* 7m MP@7:48 HR 164. Alone, NB downhill on the same section... it's downhills, so the pace is much faster than flat.
* 4m CD, alone, from the park NB then SB
Felt pretty good after the 7 miles; felt like i could keep on going at the same speed, but got lazy.
Food FWIW:
Ate lots on Friday - bkft, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between - all w/ high cals.
Saturday morning: 30min before the run: 2 pieces of cakes, 8g chocolate, 1C milk, handful of raisins.
