Felt great from the very beginning of this lone run. Did 1-2 miles longer than expected.
Cadence has noticeable improvement lately. Average 184 today. Plus the latter half had higher than the first half, which is first time witnessed in my run. I think at about mile 4 or 5 my body started to resonate with the rhythm of the 186-188 cadence, which made breathing easier and HR drop. With faster turn-over, legs recover the long lost springiness.
