今天本来想跑六七迈,在附近高中,结果到了被告知730-330不开放,于是草草在附近四迈。看来本周勇攀五十迈的计划又要黄了,心比天高,腿比龟懒啊。今天气温45-55,早上9点跑完,大概45-50度之间,短袖中裤,双手冻僵。
好处是有recovery的感觉。跑完腿比较fresh。最近右腿的伤又蠢蠢欲动,还是悠着点。
晚餐陪远道而来的朋友,吃了太多甜点了,一盘又一盘呵,明天的long run来消耗吧。
