14m MP @8:05/162. Felt easier than the run a week ago, due to slower and evener pace. Felt i could have gone on at least 2 more miles at the same pace in the end.
Experimented with a slower cadence today, and it seems to ease out my breath a bit. Should pay attention more.
Breathing started out 4-3, 4-2, and last few miles were 3-2. Never gone down to 2-2, which is great.
Food:
Loaded big for 3 meals yesterday, dinner for example, consisted of 3 pieces of pizza/quesadilla, lots of beef, 2 apples, in addition to all kinda of veggies/fruit.
Prerun: 1 kitkat, 8g TCHO... I think i miss another item. Oh well.
During run: no water no food. Felt easier than the run a week ago.
Postrun: big load again w/ bkft food.
