30 laps at the home pool (not sure about the size)
Felt refreshed afterwards!
The pain in the right hip crease (spanning from the mid-front to the right) stays; felt it and various muscle fatigue (calves, knee area, thighs) when going downstairs, but in an okay way. Not much worse than, say, the first skyline run.
Food: lots of carb and protein through out the day. est. 3000 cal.
