Successful 20 miler came from gelivable carb loading of slices of pizza, eel over rice, cheesecake, pb&j sandwiches, pre-run edamame wrap and cheese, an in-run gel and 2 untimed water breaks. And of course Jessica's co-running made a big big difference~
