Saw podiatrist in the afternoon.
Diagnosed as PF (most likely; could be Posterior Tibial Tendon problem as well).
Advice:
1) no running
2) iced water bottle rolling
3) stretches: straight knee; bent knee; on the door
4) shoe inserts (superfoot)
Thought i could reach 100 miles per month this year, but now it's impossible.
