Unplanned progressive from MP+3min to MP+30sec. It's all about getting out and have some mileage. First five miles body was sluggish and i just allowed it to be.
Circled around the pond to avoid the gusty bay wind.
Injury:
- left AT felt all OK throughout and afterwards. Imbalance is still noticeable: left foot landing still feels incomplete due to the underpronation.
- Right knee feels the same, it lasted all the time (incl. training last year), not better not worse.
