Notes

10 sun salutations

今天计划不运动了,控卡在2000以下。如果不是晚上出去吃,是可以完成的。坚持得很辛苦,胃的容量太大了。不过在santana row的寿司店,价签所限,份量所限,虽人均点了两份食物,大家也并没有吃饱,遑论我。
