Notes

First 15 minutes were flat to warm up, then all climbing, rolling, or down until the end. My Achilles was a bit tight (I think less so from a good massage Lloyd gave me) but I felt great during this run. Very strong. The last two miles (mostly downhill so good practice) were an easy feeling 8:27 pace.
