8 x 90 sec. hill repeats in Brecksville Reservation with walk/jog recoveries. Felt smooth and made it to the "manhole" (my benchmark) on each one. Ran easy to and from Valley Pkwy. hill with short trail sections in the beginning and ending miles. The humidity never bothered me but when I finished the run I felt it. Every inch of me and my "wicking' clothes were drenched!
