Ran from the Blue Ridge Pkwy visitor center out 45 min. and back. The MTS Trail is single-track, not a lot of elevation in this section but a good amount of roots and rocks. Saw several other friendly happy runners. Still feel like I can barely pick up my feet out there, but at least today I had fun and enjoyed myself.
