I wanted to get out there in the rain in case it's rainy on Monday. First two miles were 9:30, 9:26. Pace miles ended up at 8:02 and 8:03, faster than marathon pace for sure, but it never felt like hard work and better to get that out of my system today instead of Monday. Two cool down miles were right at a very slow feeling 9:15 pace. The towpath was super busy with wildlife today and I saw 5 deer and many different birds including a bluebird and wood duck.
