Notes

Took MP's Easy Does It class but of course it wasn't "easy." My hamstrings are tighter than ever before and the left one felt like it was going to give out in high lunge. Forward folds made my hamstrings scream and ab muscles cramp - what's up with that? We did some work at the wall and a cool partner-assisted Bridge, too.
