Notes

I'm not really sure what to do for a workout, so made it up: a mix of steady freestyle, breaststroke, practiced all the kicks with kickboard, did some pull buoy work, a set of freestyle "sprints" (for me anyway) and ended with a longer continuous set of freestyle laps.
