Too hot to run outside at this time of day in Goodyear so I climbed aboard the TM. My mind felt pretty happy to be running but my body was tired and heavy feeling - probably a little jet lag and fatigue, no worries. Looking forward to changing it up tomorrow and swimming in the outdoor lap pool.
