Notes

The goal was easy pace and easy feel. Mile splits ranged from 8:37-10:10 (included a port-o-john). Half marathon in 1:58 so about 3 min positive split due to more climbing in the second half. I did run a little harder than a normal long run, but not race effort by any means.
