Warmed up 10 min on Elliptical, then total body Strength workout with Core & Balance exercises between sets: Push Ups, Step-Up/Curl/Press, One-Leg Squats, Bridge with Leg Extension, Assisted Pull-Up/Dip Superset, Lunges, Rotational Balance, Cable Rotation, Triceps Cable Press, Overhead Shoulder Press, Shoulder Shrug, Incline Biceps, Stability Ball Dumbell Squats, Plank, Reverse Ab Curl, Back Extension. I did not feel like I was going to die during the Push-Ups so that is progress!!
