6.35 miles easy and 3.65 miles of Tempo pace running. Original workout was 2 X 20 min and I did 20 minutes, rested, then just one more mile. Not the greatest workout - it is about 25 degrees warmer for the first time, I LOATHE the Tri-C track, and my mind was not in the game from the get-go. Still 27-28 min. of Tempo is better than 0 and next week I will nail it!
