Ran to Valley Pkwy (2.3 mile warm up), 5 X 90-second hill repeats with recovery walk/jogs, 3 mile on Towpath and up Carriage Trail to GV connector. Legs felt good on the hill repeats but exertion-wise I could sure tell I've been doing all easy jogging lately.
