Notes

2 sets each of Step-Up w/Curl/Overhead Press, Push-Ups, Kettlebell Lunges, Smith Machine Squats, Seated Cable Row, Incline Bicep, Overhead Press, Triceps Press on Ball. Something about the Smith Machine bar on my shoudlers/neck gave me a throbbing headache the rest of the workout which threw me off my game a little.
