Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11 (Indigo 10/11)
Treadmill workout. 26 min. very easy warm up, 3 x 1.25 mile Tempo cruise intervals with 2 min. rests, 5 min easy cool down. Oddly the recovery segements were the only time I felt bad (queasy) but running was fine.
