Notes

Tuesday will definitely not be my regular day for workouts! I was drained after 4 classes and that was just talking, not doing anything physical. I pretty much walked most of the recovery periods which is why the pace was slower. The incline was 6% and pace 8:10-8:20. I had planned to do more intense repeats, but that felt hard enough tonight.

It is 20 degrees and 6 inches of new snow. Not conducive to an outside hill workout this week. Hopefully soon!
