Notes
I did not cross-train on Monday (other than pilates/yoga) due to life/busyness, so did a little extra on this run. Plus I wanted to take advantage of being at Umstead/Raleigh because it is so pretty for running. It was hilly and 1+ mile of climbing at the end of a run was not really my desire today, but I kept it very easy and again, nothing hurt. if I am anywhere in this vicinity and preparing for Boston '09, I will definitely be coming here for long runs maybe once/month.
I will get back on the training schedule now!
