First 3 1200s were supposed to be Tempo pace (5:37 for 1200), so just slightly fast. The last 1200 I was shooting for marathon pace (6:07 for 1200) and only found it in the last 400 which I ran in 2:02. 1 min. rests between intervals. Ran with 4 gels in shorts pockets to test Brooks HVAC shorts and no issues with that.
