Notes

Great level 2 flow class in the nice warm studio. All Warrior 2 stance postures aren't too comfy in my pubic bone area so practiced extra carefully, but I was able to find good openness in my glutes and hamstrings. I did some more hamstring stretching after class to enjoy them not being locked up!
