A recovery run was in order as my legs are heavy and sore from yesterday. 3 miles out on Meadows Drive and came back on the Bridle path/trails - muddy! Super beautiful weather! Sun and near 80 with fall color in the park. Coincidentally ran into Lloyd as I was heading back to the car on part of our wedding trail. :)
