Warm-up: .25 mile walk and 1.5 mile run
Workout was 4 X 800 in 3:37, 3:38, 3:34, 3:37, easy one just to get back into intervals. Felt like I could go a little harder, except it was HOT.
I did about 3:00 for recoveries. Probably a little long? I have to double-check this.
Cool-down: .25 mile walk and 1.5 mile run
