Lloyd and I ran the Boston section of the trail, 5.5 miles in 1:15. It was muddy and I was super cautious and hesitating a lot. Then we ran the 2 mile stretch of road back to the car under the beating mid-day sun in ~19 min. for me (faster for him). This was a very challenging run for me!
