My right knee still feels a bit tight (since after the hill run Tuesday) and it's tender to touch in areas and a bit puffy (I think it's IT Band-runner's knee still). It hasn't bothered me during a run, more after. I will just keep rolling, stretching, ice massaging, etc. Just wanted to note it here.
