Ran with Lloyd who was visiting me. :) It was fun to show him one place where I run and of course wonderful to share some miles side by side. He showed me the way he does strides and we did 4 sets at the end. I was not paying attention to my watch so have no idea of our pace but it felt like my normal easy pace.
